Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Education or relevant subject; postgraduate qualification desirable
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Significant experience teaching within the MYP (or strong IB experience)
- Experience in curriculum leadership or programme coordination
- Proven involvement in IB authorisation, evaluation, or programme development (desirable)

- IB Pedagogical Leadership: Deep understanding of International Baccalaureate philosophy and MYP practice, with the ability to embed inquiry-based, concept-driven teaching and high-quality assessment across the school.
- Curriculum Design & Programme Coherence: Proven ability to design and lead a coherent, interdisciplinary curriculum that balances IB principles with national requirements and supports progression to the Diploma Programme.
- Staff Development & Instructional Coaching: Skilled in developing teachers through coaching, collaboration, and professional learning, driving consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Able to lead programme development while effectively managing systems, processes, and IB compliance in a dynamic, growing school environment.
- Cultural Intelligence & Communication: Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and work sensitively within a bilingual, internationally diverse community.
